Eric sent me a frame with the design for this character, and I whipped up the rest of the animations for it. It appears to be a recolored Grau Adler body with rocket launchers, a Sumbarine Willie helmet, and some major decoration to the body and face. Give credit to Spiritblade-Inc if you use this character in your project. Currently appears in no TC projects.

Pennywise by The Incredible Pete

This character uses the Hitler body as a base, but has a great deal of editing done to it. It is designed to resemble the character from the movie "IT" by Stephen King, and is being used for The Incredible Pete's TC by the same name. It is not currently available for download.

This character is apparently based on what appears to be either heavy artillery or a flak cannon. It uses the tank tracks off the Death Knight from SoD2, the Triad Guard and some rockets turned up. The rest is edited heavily and is very well done. Please give credit to Michael Collin if you wish to use this character in your project.

This character appears to use elements of Otto Giftmacher and Ubermutant with extensive recoloring and editing done to every aspect of the finished product.
