Submitted by RGamesINC, this character uses parts from several different Doom enemies, as well as the helmet of Hans the Axe from the Lost Episodes. The end result blends together pretty well, though I'm not sure if there are attack frames included. Please give credit to RGamesINC if you use this character in your project.
